From 1st April 2026 we will not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Please use the NHS App to request medication. Alternatively, if you cannot order your medication this way, you can order in one of the following ways:
*Ask your nominated pharmacy to order on your behalf
*Send an email to nencicb-styn.albert111@nhs.net
*Request your medication in writing and post it to us or hand it in at the reception desk
*Request your medication in person at reception
Some exceptions may be made for vulnerable patients, please speak to our reception team.
By using one of these options instead of calling us to arrange a prescription, the phone lines are now less busy for patients who need medical help.
If you try to order medication over the phone our team will advise you we cannot do this and then advise you of alternative ways in which to contact us. Please do not abuse them for doing what the Doctors and Management have asked them to do; we operate a zero tolerance policy and any abuse to our team will not be tolerated.
