Appointments

Our Aim

It is our aim to provide you with the best possible service - we can only do this with your help:

When requesting an appointment, our reception team will ask a series of questions. This is to offer you the quickest and most suitable appointment. This may include accessing pharmacy services, community-based teams or appointments in another GP surgery.

Please cancel appointments that you are unable to attend. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen that day.

If you have more than one problem to discuss in your appointment, please let reception know when you book your appointment.

Inform us of changes to your personal details as soon as possible.
